中药饮片切制规格对煎煮效果的影响

摘要：

目的调查中药饮片切制规格对中药汤剂煎煮质量的影响,为饮片切制规格的制定提供参考。方法参照医疗机构中药煎药的管理要求,统计笔者所在医院近3年的中药煎煮质量抽查记录。结果当前部分饮片切制过于粗大,难以煎透,且较难通过改进操作提高煎煮质量,成为降低中药汤剂质量的最大因素。结论建议新版《药典》制定符合煎煮要求的中药饮片切制规格,以利于充分煎出有效成分,确保临床疗效。
