摘要:
Objective To investigate the expression of Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription 3 in the lumbar spinal cord induced by the tibial cancer pain in rats. Methods Twenty SD female rats weighing 180~220g were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=10 each). Model group: intra-tibial injection of 3 μL MADB-106 mammary gland carcinoma cells of rats (4.8ence micrographs demonstrated that antibodies againsted STAT3 and the astrocyte marker GFAP labeled the same cell. Conclusion Taken together, our studies indicate that STAT3 in spinal cord is involved in the generation and maintenance of bone cancer pain states, and the astrocytes in spinal cord participate in the development of bone cancer pain via the JAK/STAT3 pathway.
