Data mining from the Famous Veteran TCM doctors' medical records is an important method of medical information analysis. This paper raises a data mining method based on the idea of Evidence Based Medicine research, which applied to research Famous Veteran TCM doctors' personal medical records. This method emphasizes on data collecting, interview, result analyzing and application. It uses the idea of EBM, applies the research design. It pays attention to the research of dealing with the problem in both qualitative and quantitative ways, and in exploratory research and in testing research. This data mining method can improve the enthusiasm of the teaching and learning, efficiency of data mining, practice of the EBM learning of the Famous Veteran TCM doctors.
